Please note our refund policy covers the cost of the product only, it does not cover the cost of shipping and handling. We also ask to include your e-mail address and phone number in case we need to contact you. If we are unable to reach you, we may be unable to process the guarantee.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations are to be requested before the order is shipped. If the product has not shipped, a refund is issued through the very same method of payment the order was originally made with. If a cancellation is placed after the order was shipped, a 15$ dollars administrative fee is charged and it is up to the customer to refuse the package or send the package back. The customer is issued a refund when the package is returned, minus cancellation fees and shipping and handling charges. All refunds are processed within 14 business days. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.

Return Policies

In order to return a product (intact or damage), you have to contact Customer Service at support@eurohb.com to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). This number must be visibly displayed on the outside of the return package. Packages sent to us without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. We do not refund for the cost of shipping to our office. The unused bottles of supplement must be returned intact and must be resalable. Any bottles returned with broken seals, with damaged labels or other damages or abuse of merchandise, that prevent us from reselling the product without additional costs, will be deducted from refund at an average unit per bottle cost of the package you have purchased. (example: you paid $100.00 for 3 bottles, returned two complete but one is damaged or opened... we deduct -$33.33.Your refund would be of $66.67 less s&h).

We can also offer a credit upon a future purchase or if possible an exchange for another product, if the unused bottles are returned intact and resalable. Note: As per United State Federal Law,and similar legislation in other countries, we cannot refund or exchange any open bottles or bottles with brocken safety seals or open packages returned to us.

Shipping Policies

We use the U. S. Postal Service for all shipping. Business days are Monday through Friday and on non-government-observed holidays. Weekends are Saturday and Sunday. Under normal circumstances (except for july and august, because of vacations and slow down in production),orders placed will ship the following business day. Orders placed on the weekend will ship on the next business day, which is usually the following Monday. International Deliveries

Customs restrictions and warranty issues prevent us from shipping to every international location. Customers are responsible for any additional customs fees. We cannot ship overnight to international addresses. There is a flat fee of $19.95 to ship to all international addresses.

Undeliverable Packages

Customers are issued a refund if their shipment is returned. We cannot re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. We welcome our customers to re-order.
